Where's my order?
Your pup's new look is on the way. Once your order begins its journey, tracking makes it easy to follow along. Here's where to find your tracking information, what different updates mean, and what to do if something doesn't look right.
Ordered. Packed. Shipped. Almost there.
Finding your tracking
When tracking becomes available
Tracking information is created after your order, or an individual item within your order, has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment. Once available, we'll send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Please note that it can take a little time after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to display its first update.
Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once it becomes available. Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, your promotions folder, and other filtered inbox folders, and search for emails associated with your Arlo's Closet order.
Why you may receive more than one tracking number
Some Arlo's Closet products may be fulfilled from different locations. That means a single order can occasionally be divided into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number and delivery date. If one package arrives before another, there's usually no need to worry. Check each tracking number to see whether the remaining items are still on the way.
What the different tracking statuses mean
Carrier wording may vary, but you may see updates such as: Label Created or Shipment Information Received, meaning your shipping information has been submitted to the carrier but the package may not have received its first physical scan yet; In Transit, meaning your package is moving through the shipping network toward its destination; Out for Delivery, meaning your package is with the local delivery carrier and is expected to arrive soon; and Delivered, meaning the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered to the destination address. Tracking scans do not always update at every stop, so it's normal for a shipment to go a short period without a new scan while still moving through the network.
What if my package looks stuck?
Sometimes tracking may remain on the same status for several days, particularly while a package is moving between carrier facilities or being transferred to a local delivery partner. If your shipment is still within its estimated delivery window, allow a little additional time for the next carrier scan to appear. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number and we'll help review the shipment.
Marked delivered, but can't find it?
If tracking shows Delivered but you don't see the package, first check around your front door, porch, garage, or other safe delivery locations, your mailbox or parcel locker, with other members of your household, with neighbors if appropriate, and any delivery notes or photos provided by the carrier. Carriers may occasionally mark a package delivered shortly before the physical delivery is completed. If the package still cannot be located after checking these areas and allowing a reasonable amount of time, contact us with your order number and we'll help you determine the next step.
What if my order is taking longer than expected?
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and occasional delays can happen because of weather, high shipping volume, carrier disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Your tracking page will usually provide the most current information available from the carrier. If your order appears significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help investigate.
