We may also limit quantities available for purchase when reasonably necessary due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, resale activity, promotional abuse, or technical errors.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately and provide helpful information about their appearance, materials, sizing, features, and intended use.
Minor variations may occur between individual products because of manufacturing, materials, pattern placement, production batches, or other normal product variations.
If a product materially differs from what you ordered, please contact us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOR
We work to represent product colors, textures, patterns, proportions, and details as accurately as reasonably possible.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen brightness, display settings, manufacturing variations, or differences between devices.
Lifestyle photography may include props, furniture, toys, decorations, or accessories for presentation purposes. Unless specifically stated in the product description, only the product or products identified as included with the purchase are included with your order.
7. SIZING & FIT
Sizing may vary between styles, makers, and suppliers.
A size labeled "Small" in one product may not have the same measurements as a "Small" in another product.
Customers should always compare their dog's measurements with the size chart shown on the individual product page before ordering.
Breed and weight may be useful references, but they should not replace actual neck, chest or girth, and back-length measurements.

Some styles may be available in larger sizes upon special request. Larger-size availability varies by product and is not guaranteed. Contact us with your dog's measurements and the product you are interested in, and we will check whether additional sizing is available.
8. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS
You are responsible for taking and providing accurate measurements when selecting a size.
We are happy to provide sizing guidance based on measurements you send us, but sizing recommendations are provided as assistance only and cannot guarantee a particular fit.
Dogs can vary in body shape, proportions, coat thickness, and comfort preferences even when they are the same breed or weight.
Sizing-related returns remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in United States dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts may change without notice before an order is placed.
The price displayed and accepted at checkout will generally apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
10. PRICING & LISTING ERRORS
Although we work to maintain accurate information, typographical, technical, inventory, pricing, promotional, or product-description errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an obvious error affecting an order, we may contact you for additional instructions or cancel the affected portion of the order.
If payment has already been collected for an item we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
11. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers available through our store.
By submitting payment information and completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Orders may be reviewed before they are accepted or fulfilled.
14. ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order or item after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
15. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We generally accept cancellation requests within approximately 12 hours of ordering, provided the order has not already entered processing or fulfillment.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which contains information regarding processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, split shipments, address issues, carrier delays, and related shipping matters.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
19. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, refund eligibility, damaged or incorrect merchandise, sizing-related returns, return shipping, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

20. RESPONSIBLE USE OF PET PRODUCTS
Arlo's Closet products should be used appropriately and according to any instructions, warnings, sizing recommendations, or care guidance provided with the product.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for your dog based on factors including size, behavior, mobility, health, and environment.
21. PET SAFETY & SUPERVISION
Inspect apparel and accessories before use and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged, excessively worn, loose, frayed, broken, or otherwise unsafe.
Clothing and accessories should never restrict your dog's:
- Breathing
- Movement
- Vision
- Ability to sit or lie down comfortably
- Ability to use the bathroom normally
Decorative components such as bows, charms, buttons, appliqués, and similar details are not toys and should not be chewed.
Dogs should be appropriately supervised when wearing apparel or accessories that could become caught, tightened, damaged, or chewed.
22. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Discounts, promotional codes, sales, giveaways, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- Have no cash value
- May be limited in duration
- May be subject to availability
- May exclude certain products
- May not be combined with other offers
- May be subject to Shopify discount-combination rules
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where we reasonably determine that it has been used fraudulently, improperly, or contrary to its stated terms.
23. DISCOUNT CODE ERRORS
Customers are responsible for entering applicable discount codes before completing checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be guaranteed retroactively after an order has been submitted.

Photos, documents, measurements, or other information privately submitted to customer support for the purpose of resolving an order issue are not considered promotional submissions merely because they were sent to us.
